Summary: Hotels . Com listed Sonesta having two beds, which is why I booked this hotel. Upon arrival and check in, once we got to the room, there was only one bed for my family. I went back to the front desk and asked them about our room. The clerk told me that all their rooms only have one bed and that Expedia and third party bookings have them listed wrong . He asked if we wanted a cot, which is said okay. However, we left the hotel. There was not enough beds. Hotels. Com was contacted immediately and they called the hotel. The clerk told them I accepted an upgraded room , which I did not . I told the agent online that a cot was not considered an upgraded room . We left the hotel and had to find another hotel at 9:00 at night . We didn't stay at all. Sonesta refused to refund my stay. I know it was somehow a mix up on hotels.com with the bedding issue but I was aggravated that we were charged for a room that we didn't use and couldn't accommodate my family . My suggestion is for the third party booking sites to update the hotel so other families who think they are getting two beds don't show up at night and have no where for everyone to sleep.

Summary: Room was good, but the 'frig froze everything including my salad and apple slices. Very hilly city. This hotel is not near anything else except one restaurant. No microwave in the room, but did have a 'frig. The breakfast was limited, but better than nothing.

Summary: First time at a Sonesta..and likely our last. It was convenient. The check in person was nice The room seemed ok, until it began to smell. We figured it was someone cooking fish or worse next door but it didn’t dissipate overnight. It didn’t help our bathroom fan was broken. Breakfast was a joke. Stale Biscuits, gravy, a little bread. A community pitcher for juice (oh, that's sanitary) The link won't let me upload photos. I went to report the smell and ask about milk for the oatmeal and the lady looked at me like I shot her dog. No thanks..

Summary: The whole place reeked of weed. Gravy at the breakfast bar tasted like cleaner. Zero eye contact from staff, who told us the wrong room # at check in. Bathtub had a big hole in the bottom that had been patched. Broken bathroom tiles. TV was so old and had terrible reception. The place just felt damp. Water pressure in the shower was OK until someone flushed the toilet and it completely went away. I had to re-start the shower (off, then back on again) TWICE just to finish showering.
